The famous Foie Gras, the finest smoked salmon and regional specialties prepared with Vin Jaune or Vin de Paille are made on premises. Each meal is carefully prepared with fresh products and an assorted choice of fish, which is presented with a rich and varied wine list.

Our specialites include Foie gras au Vin de paille, Pave de Saumon au Trousseau, Fish (in accordance with the season), Sandre au Savagnin sur Fondue d’Echalotte, the house Smoked fish, and fresh frog legs.

Our tasty desserts (Griottine au chocolat, Bavarois Framboise, Charlotte aux Poires chocolatees, Gratin de fruits rouges) will leave you not only very happy, but wanting for more.
